Where do I pick-up my tickets?

Purchased tickets are available for pick-up under last name at the HdR Welcome Lounge beginning at 10:00 am on Wednesay, April 24, 2024.

Wednesday, April 24 - 10:00am to 7:00pm
Thursday, April 25 - 9:00am to 6:00pm
Friday, April 26 - 8:00am to 5:30pm
Saturday, April 27 - 11:00am to 9:00pm

Are tickets available at the door?

No.

Online ticket sales for events will close Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. PST, if not sold out in advance.

Rhône-Around Dinners can be purchased online up until the day prior, if seats are available.

What is your refund policy?

No refunds, all purchases are final.

The event will take place rain or shine!

Will there be Hospice du Rhône merchandise?

Limited quantities of Hospice du Rhône merchandise will be available on site in the HdR Marketplaces. Get yours early!

Is there a safe ride from the Grand Tasting?

Yes!

A complementary shuttle between the HdR Welcome Lounge at 11 N Colville St, Walla Walla and Walla Walla Wine Services at 173 Middle Waitsburg Rd Building C, Suite 100, Walla Walla.

Shuttles run every 20 minutes.

Taxis and car service apps like Uber also service the area.

Are children allowed at the wine event?

No.

No one under the age of 21 is permitted to any of the events at Hospice du Rhône Walla Walla, including infants.

May I bring my pet?

No, with the exception of service dogs.

Event venues and health department policy dictates no pets are allowed.

Will there be photography or filming?

Yes.

When you attend the event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur.

By entering the event premises, you consent to such recording media and its release, publication, exhibition or reproduction.

Where is lost and found?

Located at the HdR Welcome Lounge at The Garage at The Motor Co - 11 N Colville St, Walla Walla.

If I lose my tasting glass, may I get another one?

Maybe...

HdR will do our best to replace your glass, but we do not have an overstock of stemware. Please be careful with your glass at the tasting. Enjoy responsibly!

Can I be refused access to the wine event?

Yes.

Hospice du Rhône reserves the right to refuse access to the wine event to anyone who appears intoxicated, or under the influence. Please enjoy responsibly.
