Garnacha of Spain: Master Class and Tapas Lunch
Thursday, April 25, 2024 | 11:00 am – 3:00 pm | Valdemar Estates | 3808 Rolling Hills Lane, Walla Walla | $450 

An experience beginning with a Master Class that takes a focused look into the 2019 vintage of Spanish Garnacha from three regions - Rioja, Priorat and Aragón. Afterwards guests will be immersed in Spanish culture with an Iberico jamon master carver demonstration and tasting accompanied by a sparkling Gran Añada, and entertained by a flamenco performance group, followed by an authentic tapas lunch.

Rosé of Tavel: Master Class and Rosé Lunch

The Rosé Lunch is a Hospice du Rhône mainstay. We are pleased to further expand this beloved lunch by offering a Master Class of Tavel AOC rosés prior to the meal. Sommelier Christophe Tassan will guide guests through the exclusively rosé-producing region of the Southern Rhône, which sits across the Rhône River from Châteauneuf-du-Pape and offers a darker, more complex profile than is often typically associated with rosés. 

A wide selection of Tavel AOC rosés will be served with lunch prepared by Chef Rock Silva of Walla Walla Steak Co.
