2024 Hospice du Rhône Walla Walla Volunteers
With the assistance of over 100 dedicated volunteers, Hospice du Rhône Walla Walla will continue our legacy of being the leading international Rhône wine event.
Volunteering for Hospice du Rhône Walla Walla offers a valuable opportunity to connect with others in the wine industry, and supports our nonprofit organization immensely - thank you!
Volunteers are needed Tuesday, April 23 through Sunday, April 28, 2024 in Walla Walla, WA.
Daily shifts vary in duration with a maximum of six (6) hours. Volunteers may assist more than one day, and are encouraged to sign up for multiple days.
Volunteering hours range from 7:30am to 11pm, plenty of time to squeeze a shift into your day! Tasks include set-up and clean-up of tastings, seminars and meals; assistance with serving at meals; along with various event duties.

2024 Volunteer Guidelines

Volunteers are needed Tuesday, April 23 to Sunday, April 28, 2024 in Walla Walla, WA.

Volunteer shifts are a maximum of six (6) hours per day.

Volunteers must be at least 18 years old.

Hospice du Rhône has a zero tolerance alcohol and drug policy when volunteering at the event. Those who violate this policy will be escorted off the event grounds immediately. All accepted volunteers will be asked to sign this policy.

Volunteers must wear closed toe, supportive walking shoes with a non-skid sole.

Hospice du Rhône does not exchange volunteer work for a ticket to any of the events.

If you have a friend who is interested in volunteering, please send them the registration link!

We’ll provide you with a volunteer t-shirt to wear at the event.

Volunteers should stay home if they're sick. If you're not well enough to work, please let us know with ample notice so we can get your shift covered.
