If you are a U.S. citizen, you will need a passport valid for six months beyond the completion of the trip for entry into France. You do not need a visa for the short duration of our event.
If you are a citizen of another country, you should contact a French consulate, or embassy to determine what travel documentation is required.
Luggage Restrictions
Please try to limit luggage to one piece per person. Additional luggage will be accepted, though please note storage space in your room may be tight. Please utilize space under the bed for luggage storage.
As a general guide your one piece of luggage should not exceed 30x21x11 in. (76x53x28cm), or 50 lbs. (22kg). Airlines may have other restrictions.
Departure Port
Our port in Lyon won't be determined until 72 hours prior to departure, but there are two possible options:

2. Quai Claude Bernard (20 Quai Claude Bernard, 69007 Lyon, France)
