Set within the Hostellerie Charles de Foucauld—a former 17th-century seminary in the charming village of Viviers—this walk-around tasting will feature wines from fifteen producers across the Ventoux appellation.

Frédéric Chaudière, president of AOC Ventoux, and Marie Flassayer, the appellation’s director, will guide us through the region’s rich history and forward-looking vision, highlighting winegrowers’ deep connection to their terroir and commitment to sustainability.
