VentouxFeaturing wines from AOC Ventoux presented by fourteen producers and small bites from Chez Serge

Set within the Hostellerie Charles de Foucauld—a former 17th-century seminary in the charming village of Viviers—this walk-around tasting will feature wines from fourteen producers across the Ventoux appellation.
Frédéric Chaudière, president of AOC Ventoux, and Marie Flassayer, the appellation’s director, will guide us through the region’s rich history and forward-looking vision, highlighting winegrowers’ deep connection to their terroir and commitment to sustainability.
In addition, Chef Serge Ghoukassian of Chez Serge in Carpentras will present a selection of truffle-based bites, offering a taste of the Ventoux terroir during your time in Viviers.
Expect a decadent assortment, including gougères with Comté and truffle; warm truffled eggnog with crème anglaise (served in a coffee cup); chocolate tartlets with fleur de sel de Camargue and truffle; goat cheese and honey tartlets with truffle; and truffled guimauve.
