Julia and Nikolas Krankl of Fingers Crossed are Wine Presenters for Hospice du Rhône Blackberry Farm 2023, an annual event now in its thirteenth year, celebrating Rhône variety producers along with incredible culinary and musical talent.
Fingers Crossed will be joined by Wine Presenters, Michel, Tina and Isabel Gassier of Domaine Gassier; Guest Chef, Tyler Florence of Wayfare Tavern, Miller & Lux and Food Network; and Musical Guest, Tenille Townes.

I was lucky enough to grow up with Rhône varieties on the dinner table. Iconic producers such as Alban, Beaucastel, Bonneau, Janasse, Pegau, and Saxum to name a few, made regular appearances, well before I was mature enough to fully appreciate them.

When we started Fingers Crossed there wasn’t even a question about what varieties we would use – it was obvious. They might not be the easiest grapes to grow and vinify, but like any great partner they constantly challenge, inspire, surprise and delight us.
