Date: Friday, April 27, 2018 | Time: 9:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.
Tickets: Weekend Pass

Found around the world in red wine blends, Cinsault has played a long and important role in post-Phylloxera South African winemaking and is starting to receive the spotlight as it experiences a renaissance within this great nation. Most of South Africa's oldest red wine vineyards are planted to Cinsault and winemakers there have diverse and individual expressions of this grape.  Bringing the Cinsault renaissance to our stage will be a spirited bunch of South African winemakers, presenting a collection of wines that deliciously illustrate this phenomena.

Seminar Three | Lost and Found: Old Vine Rhônes Across California
Date: Saturday, April 28, 2018 | Time: 9:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.
Tickets: Weekend Pass

Yes, we said it: Old Vine Rhônes across California. Morgan Twain-Peterson, MW and Tegan Passalacqua will lead us on quite the adventure as they discuss California vineyards planted as far back as the 1880s. How are these vineyards still around and how did the widespread use of Rhône varieties assist in California's foundational plantings post-Phylloxera? Yes, we are going to get geeky and drop some major California Rhône wine knowledge. Prepare to be wowed as we work our way through ten wines hailing from vineyards planted pre-1960 up and down the golden state of California.

Tegan Passalacqua, Sandlands and Turley Wine Cellars

Seminar Four | The Majesty of Guigal
Date: Saturday, April 28, 2018 | Time: 11:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Ticket: Weekend Pass

Philippe Guigal is probably all we need say. Not only is this house at the very pinnacle of the Rhône pantheon, it is, by all measures, among the greatest wine estates in the world. You know we don’t like to give away all of our cards so, you’ll have to attend to truly enjoy the Rhône magic that will fill the glasses during this seminar. To put this opportunity into perspective, many of you who attended Philippe’s 2008 seminar told us it was not only the greatest wine experience of their lives, but simply the greatest experience of their lives.  A sentiment actually shared in the presence of their spouses.
