The Rhôneliest Fare Around

Cuisine at Hospice du Rhône is a topic we take as seriously as we take our Rhône wines and our secret handshakes. This year, from the meals to the daily tastings we plan to take your palate on a culinary adventure. We are happy to announce that each meal, throughout the Hospice du Rhône weekend, will highlight an acclaimed chef who enjoys a glass or two of Rhône wine just as much as this wild Rhône family does.

Get ready to get your Rosé on! This pink-inspired lunch pulls out all the stops not just with the international bottles of Rosé on the tables but with the food. And, we should probably throw in that the company throughout this afternoon is pretty darn good too. Come delight in a meal with this Rhône loving family to share stories, enjoy a few laughs and take in the vibrant fare at this lively afternoon Rosé affair.

Raise your fork and your paddle while enjoying a Rhône inspired meal. This lunch offers a unique opportunity to bid on rare and one-of-a-kind auction lots generously donated by Hospice du Rhône friends and attending Rhône producers. Be on the look out for lots that have been curated specifically to raise funds for those affected by the Northern California wildfires this past October. Tantalizing your taste buds will be dishes thoughtfully created specifically for this afternoon. Get ready for one delicious and action packed lunch.

Farewell Dinner // prepare to be wowed

Cap off the incredible weekend with a feast unlike anything you've ever delighted in at a Hospice du Rhône event. This final hoorah is pulling out all, and we mean, all the stops. Chef Spencer Johnston of Danior Kitchen has created a meal inspired by our collective love of Rhône wines and international cooking techniques. Chef Johnston and his team will be manning multiple fires and cooking stations that you will be able to view before dinner is served. (We promise, you do not want to miss this evening!) After dinner, try your hand at a Blackjack table or give the Craps table a whirl before dancing the night away as we say, "see you soon" to this one-of-a-kind Rhône family.
