Joining forces to showcase the parallel between wine and food Hospice du Rhône and the Sommelier Journal have gathered nationally acclaimed chefs to showcase their talents in the newly installed demonstration kitchen. Located in the Tasting Pavilion, Chef John Toulze and Chef Chris Jones of the girl & the fig, Chef Laurence Jossel of nopa and Chef Budi Kazali of The Ballard Inn Restaurant will share flavorful secrets, daunting knife skills, plating tips and more.
