2010 Robert Parker, Jr. California Rhône Wine Review
Submissions for the 2010 Robert Parker, Jr. California Rhône Tasting are now being accepted. Please read the below information carefully before submitting your wines.
At Mr. Parker's request, this tasting will focus specifically on dry California Rhône wines from the 2008 vintage and late releases from the 2007 vintage. He will tasted finished bottled wines, barrel samples will not be accepted. The tasting is limited to the first 425 wine submissions received.
Wines must be submitted using the below online submission form by Friday, April 23, 2010. Upon submission, you will immediately receive an email confirmation. The email confirmation will contain shipping directions and other important information regarding the tasting. Please note, submission opportunity will close on Friday, April 23rd or when 425 wines have been accepted.
Items of Importance
• Wines are accepted on a first come, first served basis (limited to 425 wine submissions)
• Six (6) wines per winery are only allowed for submission
• Dry California Rhône wines from the 2008 and late 2007 vintages will be accepted
• Finished bottled wines will only be tasted, no barrel samples
• A confirmation email will be sent containing shipping instructions
• DO NOT ship your confirmed California Rhône wines to arrive between Monday, April 26 and Friday, April 30 as the HdR office will be closed.
