When does Exhibitor Registration close for the 2024 Hospice du Rhône Paso Robles wine event?

Exhibitor Registration will close when the tasting tables are filled. Keep in mind, Exhibitor Registration fills up quickly and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis via an appellation allocation.

What if your Exhibitor Tables sell out?

Yes, this may happen.

We still want you to come though - so get tasting tickets!  It's a great opportunity to taste Rhône wines from around the world, network and enjoy being on "the other side of the table"!

What is your refund policy?

All purchases are final. No refunds.

The event will also take place rain or shine! Don't worry, we can provide you with a rain poncho should you need it, but most of the event takes place inside or under shelter.

May I sell wine bottles and glasses of wine at the event?

No, this is prohibited by the California Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC).

Please do not sell, or gift bottles to guests in attendance. We encourage you to sign guests up for your wine club, along with pointing them to your winery's online shopping options.

May I share a table with another producer?

Shared tables are not offered for the simple reason that your table should be all about your winery! We do this so each winery may have the appropriate space to engage guests to create a memorable experience for both parties. The one exception with shared tables is for Importers and International wine organizations who must follow a different set of tasting guidelines than winery exhibitors.

As a confirmed Exhibitor, how do I check-in?

Your two (2) pourers will check-in at registration once on the event grounds the day of the event.

Please keep in mind, only your two (2) pourers are allowed into the event upon set-up time. If you purchased additional tasting tickets, those ticket holders will be allowed in when the Trade and Media hour begins.

Do I receive a Weekend Pass if I register to pour?

No.

However, you will receive an exhibitor discount code in your Exhibitor Registration Confirmation email. It can be applied to purchase a weekend pass, additional tasting tickets or meal tickets.

How do I purchase additional passes for Hospice du Rhône Paso Robles?

You may purchase additional passes on our website when they go on sale January 17, 2022. Don't forget, as a confirmed exhibitor you receive a secured discount code, which you will find in your confirmation email.

Do I ship or hand-carry my event wines?

In an effort to be both fiscally and environmentally responsible, we request that all California producers hand-carry their wines to Hospice du Rhône Paso Robles. We will provide secure on-site storage should you need to drop-off your wines earlier in the day.  Should you have a need to ship your wines in advance, we will certainly accommodate. If you are not a California Exhibitor, or need to deliver/ship your wines in advance see your confirmation email for shipping details.

Is there parking at the event?

Yes! Parking is located in the main parking lot on Riverside Avenue across the street from the Paso Robles Event Center.

Are children allowed at the wine event?

No one under the age of 21 is permitted to any of the events at Hospice du Rhône Paso Robles 2020, including infants. This is a mandate of the California Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC).
